Wiz Khalifa Comes Through With Surprise EP, 'It's Only Weed Bro'

Emerging as one of hip-hop’s most prolific figures, Wiz is back once again with a fire loosie, “Vanity Fair.”

Paying homage to a couple of legends while demonstrating his encompassing sonic command, Wiz tackles Mobb Deep’s iconic “Survival Of The Fittest” instrumental. On par with his recent onslaught of freestyles, Wiz’s latest continues showcasing both his vocal diversity and lyrical adeptness.

And while though this offering alone is exciting, it’s a footnote to today’s macro Wiz Khalifa news: the Pittsburgh rapper has delivered a surprise EP, It’s Only Weed Bro.

The unexpected release acts as an informal tying of the bow on Wiz’s several month fruitful run. Given the presumed mountain of unreleased material he’s sitting on, it’s probably a safe bet that he’ll be delivering more projects soon.
