Antonio Gates who had 7 REC, 144 YDS, 2 TD helped the Chargers dominate the two-time defending NFC West champion Arizona Cardinals, winning 41-10. The Cincinnati Bengals won in the stats, but lost to the Cleveland Browns 23-20. The Steelers possible 4-0 start was ruined by Joe Flacco and the Baltimore Ravens in a 17-14 thriller at Heinz Field. The Houston Texans are on their grind, beating the Oakland Raiders 31-24. The Jacksonville Jaguars upset of the Indianapolis Colts 31-28.

Donovan McNabb and the Washington Redskins had a good game against Philadelphia Eagles in a 17-12 victory. Doctors say Micheal Vick is in a lot of pain and is out until further notice with damaged cartilage between the second and third rib which is more painful than a fractured rib. The New Orleans Saints struggled to beat the Carolina Panthers by two points in their 16-14 win. The St. Louis Rams who are in a three-way tie for first place in the NFC West after killing the Seahawks 20-3. The Green Bay Packers stole a win from the now 0-4 Detroit Lions in a 28-26 victory.

Speaking of hurt quarterbacks Jay Cutler was knocked out the game with a concussion. the Chicago Bears offensesive line allowed 10 sacks and 9 of the 10 were in the first half, against the New York Giants who won 17-3 . Just like the Detroit Lions, the 49er’s were so close to a win and running towards victory until the Falcons literally came from behind and took the ball and the win 16-14.

The only divisional game that went as planned was the New York Jets beating the Buffalo Bills 38-14. The New England Patriots made the Miami Dolphins look like the Miami Goldfish 41-14 win. Oh yea I almost forgot Big Ben Roethlisberger is off suspension.
