New Music: Meek Mill – “Ice Cream” + “The Get Back Freestyle”
Video: Timeless Truth – “Out Of The Loop”
For a song so sample-based, "Out Of The Loop" seems the perfect ironic title. Queens NY duo Timeless Truth brings a Cold Crush or Trecherous 3 word dance from inside the dusty loops where they found this break beat. Check the video from their latest work Dominican Diner after the jump.
Video: Pharrell – “Come Get It Bae” Feat. Miley Cyrus
Never let it be said (again) that the musical-genius-vampire-ageless-low-key-Asian-man that is Pharrell doesn't create ethnically diverse videos. After the humdrum about "Blurred Lines" not featuring enough women of multiple shades, he releases this. Miley Cyrus feature notwithstanding, this might be his most diverse display of beauties since his and Snoop's "Beautiful" way back in the early 2000s. Check the rainbow colored visuals after the jump.
New Music: Usher – “She Came To Give It To You” Feat. Nicki Minaj
Usher and Nicki Minaj over this disco-era MJ track produced by Pharrell is a sugary dance number. It's half as lewd as their first collab "Lil Freak" and about twice as potent. They achieve more without oversexing it and hint at some better musical chemistry overall. Listen after the jump.
