Just in time for the weekend.
It’s Friday, and you know what that means: not only is the weekend peeking around the corner, we’ve got some brand new music. With drops from The Weeknd to U-God, it’s an eclectic day for new hip-hop music.
In addition to The Weeknd’s quasi surprise EP, My Dear Melancholy, and U-God’s long-awaited Venom, Rich The Kid dropped off his debut album, The World Is Yours, MF Doom & Czarface released their collaborative project, Czarface Meets MetalFace, DJ Esco curated Kolorblind featuring Future, Nas, and more, and the Brooklyn upstart, SAINt JHN, delivered Collection One, a 13-track project.
It’s difficult to say who has the edge today, especially with Rich The Kid and The Weeknd squaring off, but it’s safe to say that today’s ripe offering will supply us with great music for plenty of time to come.
