This mixtape is “old” by internet standards, but my man DC to BC hipped me to this guy, and I fux with him.  He is from DC, and my only complaint is that he sounds a little like Wale.  But knowing Wale, this is probably the guy he got his original style from before he tried to be Roscoe Dash/ hop on the Rick Ross bandwagon.  DC might have the second best hip-hop scene right now behind LA.
