Lil Uzi Vert’s long-hyped and-anticipated Eternal Atake album has thrown the industry into a frenzy. With figurative “Missing: Eternal Atake” flyers littering every street corner in America, fans have become restless with the mounting album delays. However, in a twist of fate, it turns out that this fabled body of work might just be around the corner.
Performing at Miami’s Rolling Loud this past weekend, Uzi provided fans with a much needed, and exciting, update:
“I ain’t gonna lie, the other night, I finished the last song to the album … Are ready for my album?”
The raucous fan response suggested that they in fact are ready.
Although he didn’t reference the album by name, given the mushrooming hype and confusion surrounding Eternal Atake, it’s safe to assume that this is the album he was referencing.
This announcement coupled with Uzi’s April-released singles, “Sanguine Paradise” and “That’s A Rack,” offer an auspicious near horizon for the Philly rapper.
