Featuring Tadoe.

Chief Keef is underratedly one of the game’s most influential artists. Without the “Love Sosa” rapper, this current wave of youthful genre-blenders and creative risk takers either wouldn’t exist, or would be a shell of their current stature. From his molding of Drill music, to showing that you don’t need top-line production crews to shoot an infectious video, Keef has continuously propelled the culture forward. Last night, he continued propelling the culture and genre with the release of his EP, Ottopsy.

Coming in a five-tracks, Ottopsy is, for the most part, a solo effort from Keef, as the lone feature belongs to fellow Chicago artist, Tadoe, on the last track, “Randomly”. It’s fitting that these two linked-up, as they’ve been beefing with none other than the game’s most in-demand red meat chef, Tekashi 6ix9ine.

On-par with his previous releases, Ottopsy is an energetic offering that coalesces into an ostensibly singular-sounding body of work that hinges upon drill production and street tales.
