Blackberry Executive Acknowledges That They Need To Step It Up!

Blackberry used to be synonymous with being the best of the best when it came to cell phones.  But recently they have just been getting pimped by the iPhone and Android.  I have always been a Blackberry guy, but their sh*t has gotten mad weak. I’m definitely bouncing to the iPhone now that Verizon has them.  I actually thought all the blackberry exec’s were on an island with models just chillen, but I guess they care that their company is going to sh*t.  This exec who works at Blackberry/RIM just went IN ON the two men who control the company Jim Balsillie and Mike Lazaridis.  Scope the whole letter, but I highlighted what I felt was the key point.

We are in the middle of major “transition” and things have never been more chaotic. Almost every project is falling further and further behind schedule at a time when we absolutely must deliver great, solid products on time. We urge you to make bold decisions about our organisational structure, about our culture and most importantly our products.
