Andre 3 Stacks To Play Role Of Jimi Hendrix In Biopic

At first he was pulled from the project, and then the project itself got shelved, but now it seems like everything is a-okay. 

According to IFTN, the film will focus on Jimi’s stay in England from 1966-67, as he created his debut album, You Are Experienced. The film is now in pre-production, and is set to shoot in Ireland. Can anyone say, “Oscar buzz”?

Big Boi Announce Big Grams EP; Featuring Run the Jewels and Skrillex

Big Boi is teaming up with a group simply known as Phantogram, who Boi allegedly discovered on a pop-up ad. Interesting. The trio of Big Boi and Phantogram (Josh Carter and Sarah Barthel) is slated to release their debut project, an EP, entitled Big Grams. The track list is short, as expected with an EP, but it features two huge acts: Run the Jewels and Skrillex. Polarizing features, I know.
