The New York rapper’s debut EP.
Given Drake’s record-shattering Scorpion release, the music world, understandably, was and is infatuated with this album. A strong 25-track effort, Scorpion hinges upon Drizzy cornerstones–emotional vulnerability, juggling beautiful women–but he talks in-depth about the looming question of his alleged child, which proved to be completely true. And while this album is great, another rapper also dropped this past Friday: Casanova released his debut EP, COMMISSARY.
A nine-track effort, COMMISSARY is a strong release from the burgeoning New York rapper, who was just recently freed from his parole. Coming in at 35-minutes, Casanova’s EP proves that the he is a man on a mission, and intends on staying around for awhile. COMMISSARY features Rich The Kid, G-Eazy, A Boogie, Chris Brown, Fabolous, Snoop Dogg, and more.
