Purpp keeps going in.
It’s been quite the 2017 thus far for 20-year-old South Florida rapper, Smokepurpp. He signed with Todd Moscowitz’s Alamo Records (an Interscope imprint), then signed another deal with his idol, Travis Scott’s Cactus Jack label, and released his debut album, Deadstar, under the Alamo banner. Deadstar was a solid demonstration of his artistic versatility, and ability to attract strong features, including: Travis Scott, Yo Gotti, Juicy J, Lil Pump, and more. Now, he’s back with yet another hit, “Make It Quick”.
Released by the streetwear company, 10 Deep, “Make It Quick” features Purpp flowing in his conventional style over a flute and heavy bass-dominated production. The combination of sounds elicits in an intriguing, sonically pleasing structure for Purpp to bounce on as he boasts about his ability to trapping and getting girls quickly; he also begs for girl who perform oral favors on him, well, make it quick.
